- You are responsible for your content.
- No illegal items, offensive content, or spam.
- We may remove violating listings.

3. User Conduct

- Misuse or attempt to hack the Service.
- Post false, harmful, or infringing content.
- Harass or harm others.

4. Intellectual Property

- Thriftr owns the platform, design, and branding.
- You retain rights to your listings but grant Thriftr a license to display/promote them.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

- The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties.
- Thriftr is not responsible for disputes/transactions between users.
- Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
